Training !!!

When i was in Logistic i never teach someone about system, then i transfer to IT and join the eCore Project, then i learn lots of thing. then time is come for me to teach someone . The hard thing when u teach someone is they does not understand what are u trying to teach. Maybe i don't understand my JOBSCOPE thats why the cannot understand. what the hack :P .first time experience is teach Consultant how to use microsoft access. i think they all must be expert with Access right now.
